Faces of GM: Portland's Electric Avenue

Electric Avenue in Portland, is a hub for transportation powered by electricity. Streetcars and an aerial tram converge in an area populated with charging stations for electric vehicles. George Beard, Portland State University, believes this is a glimpse into the future of transportation.
